Moveable Property and Asset Leasing
This form of lease financing encompasses property and asset leasing, such as various types of machinery and equipment used in the production and finishing of goods, provided that the machinery and equipment are not restricted solely to specialized production; have a determinable secondary market value and can be dismantled or unbolted and easily transported, at a reasonable cost, to another location. The potential Lessee has responsibility for assuming for his own account, and at a minimum, an amount equaling the first year’s loss of the asset’s value; the term of the lease financing agreement is subject to the depreciation schedule as well as on the useful and generally accepted operating life of the asset.

Fixed or Stationary Property and Assets
For property and assets used for individual or commercial purposes – shopping centers, offices and hotel projects – possible financial structures are country as well as project dependent.

Sale and Lease Back Structures
This leasing form is available for Fixed as well as Moveable Property and Asset.
