A potential FIS customer is interested in selling a privately owned business or is interested in raising capital for a business
FIS can be of service as follows:
- assist with the preparation of the offering memorandum and assist with the evaluation of the companies’ value and marketability
- identify partners from whom to raise capital or identify and negotiate with prospective acquirers
- market the company during the sales process
- secure financing for the acquisition or for the raise of capital and negotiate the terms and conditions of this financing
